APSDP 2022 is calling for papers, you are request to submit your paper before the deadline. Each paper will be reviewed after paper receiving. It will take around 20-30 days for result feedback. So your early submission will be highly suggested in order to get the review result as early as possible.

General Paper Submissions

Prospective authors are invited to submit full-length papers (at least 6 pages for technical content including figures and possible references) or extended abstracts (for oral presentations) via the APSDP 2022 conference website. Manuscripts should be original (not submitted/published anywhere else) and written in accordance with the mentioned below Template. The accepted abstracts will not be published in the proceedings, however the abstracts and/or the presentations will be included in APSDP 2022 conference program. In addition, accepted papers and abstracts will be scheduled in lecture and poster sessions.

Submission Requirement

Papers for presentations should conform to the Template format and specifications. All submissions must be in English only. Accepted full papers will be invited to be published into the conference proceedings, the authors will be invited to give an oral / poster presentation..

The page limit for each submission is flexible. The general paper material (including text, figures, tables, acknowledgement, etc.) must fit into 6 pages, while additional pages will be permitted at the cost of $60 per additional page.

The Abstract should not exceed 1 page. Accepted abstracts will be invited to give an oral / poster presentation without publishing into the proceedings.

The paper template can be downloaded here. APSDP 2022 takes plagiarism very seriously and regard plagiarism as a professional misconduct. Papers will be screened for plagiarism and when identified the paper will be rejected.

All papers that conform to submission guidelines will be peer reviewed and evaluated based on originality, technical and/or research content/depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. The reviewing process of the APSDP conference aims to provide authors with constructive feedback on their papers, even when a submission is rejected. Acceptance of papers will be communicated to authors by email.
The authors of the accepted papers will be allowed to make corrections in accordance with the suggestions of the reviewers and submit final camera-ready papers within the stipulated deadline. The conference proceedings will be distributed amongst the participants during the conference.

On-Site Paper Presentation

Papers will be presented in a combination of parallel sessions and interactive format, depending on the total number of submissions accepted. Details of the finalized presentation format will be available on the conference website at a later date.

Authors who anticipate inability to travel to a conference because of a government-imposed travel restriction are still encouraged to submit papers. Such papers will be reviewed and accepted on their own merit for publication in Conference Proceedings, without any knowledge of the author’s travel restriction. Within one week of paper acceptance notification, travel-restricted authors must notify the conference secretary with proof of their restriction. Substitute presenters may be possible or, depending on conference resources, such as a remote presentation or pre-recorded video.

Virtual Paper Presentation

You can record a video of PPT presentation, or show your face with high resolution as vivid as face-to-face presentation.
The video uploaded should be in the format of .mp4 and time duration should be 10-15 mins;
The Video submission deadline is December 30th and video would be updated on the conference website after pre-review and confirmation.
The video PPT could design as you like with requirements as below:
  The conference logo should be added to each PPT slide;
  Title, presenter and affiliation information should be indicated in the first slide;
  Each slide should be concise, uncluttered and readable from a distance; include only key words and phrases for visual reinforcement.
Signed and stamped electronic presentation certificate would be issued via e-mail after the presentation is delivered;
